Business Improvement Corporation, Inc.  

The Perth Amboy Business Improvement Corporation, Inc. (PABIC) is board established by the City of Perth Amboy and non-profit agency that serves local businesses, property owners, the community and visitors with support programs, resources and events. The programs include business seminars, skill building programs for business owners and annual festivals. The PABIC also provides façade grants to small businesses that make permanent improvements to their storefronts or buildings. Additionally, the organization helps maintain and enhance the City’s streetscapes by installing information kiosks, planters and directional signs as well as seasonal decorations.
