Art Instructors Submission Form

The Perth Amboy Gallery Center for the Arts is accepting proposals from teaching artists. This application will be accepted on a rolling basis, starting with the following:

Winter/Spring (January-May)
Summer (June-August)
Fall (September-December)

To be considered, please complete the following application six (6) weeks before your proposed start date for the class. Art instructors may submit multiple proposals for classes or workshops using the form below. NOTE: Please submit each class proposal in a separate form.

The Office of Recreation will contact artists with the acceptance or rejection of class proposals. If accepted, the Perth Amboy Gallery Center for the Arts will follow up with a formal contract.
