Welcome to the City of Perth Amboy Purchasing Division
Our goal is to assure uniformity of purchasing procedures while promptly providing the highest quality of goods
and services needed by all City Departments at the lowest possible price and in compliance with the
New Jersey Local Public Contracts Law, the Pay to Play Laws, and local executive orders.
We strive to familiarize vendors with the procedures and responsibilities for purchasing goods and services under the
above-referenced laws.
We are committed to transparency in this process and maintain the highest standards of expertise in public procurement.
