Public Notice is hereby given that the City of Perth Amboy has developed its draft HUD Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) of the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and HOME Investment Partnership Program (HOME) for the period of June 1, 2008 through July 31, 2009. The CAPER document is intended to provide citizens with a summary of the annual accomplishments of the Perth Amboy CDBG and HOME programs, and their effect on households of low and moderate income.
The CAPER will be available for public review and comment for a period of fifteen (15) days beginning on August 14, 2009 and ending on August 28, 2009. Copies are available at the Office of Economic and Community Development, One Olive Street, Perth Amboy, New Jersey between the hours of 9 AM and 4 PM. Additional copies of are available for review at the City Clerk's Office in City Hall, 260 High Street, Perth Amboy, New Jersey.
Any concerned Perth Amboy citizen may comment on this report in writing to Michael W. Keller, Director of the office of Economic and Community Development. A summary of comments received will be submitted with the CAPER to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
