With the leadership of Assembly Speaker Craig Coughlin, the StayNJ program delivers up to $6,500 each year in property tax relief for eligible homeowners aged 65 and older. This program—together with ANCHOR and Senior Freeze—provides lasting financial relief to help seniors remain in the homes and neighborhoods they’ve worked hard for, surrounded by the community they love.

Are You Eligible?

If you answer YES to the following, you may qualify for StayNJ:

• ✅ You are 65 years of age or older
• ✅ You own and live in your primary residence in New Jersey
• ✅ You meet state income and residency requirements

How Much Can You Save?
