Dear Residents, Please note the upcoming concrete work at Cortlandt Street (from Hall Avenue to Pulaski Avenue) as part of the 2023 Road Program starting Monday, March 1st. Work hours are 7:00AM until 4:00PM.

Area of Impact: Cortlandt Street (from Hall Avenue to Pulaski Avenue) as part of the 2023 Road Program.

Construction is set to begin on Monday, March 4th, 2024, weather permitting, and will occur between 7:00 am and 4:00 pm.

The project involves the installation of concrete curbs, sidewalks, and aprons.

No parking signs will be temporarily posted in the work area, and residents are advised not to park on Cortlandt Street, where these signs are posted.

Residents are urged to exercise caution when driving or walking in the work zones and to be aware of construction equipment.
