        Dear Resident,
        We are writing to inform you of ongoing construction and utility work in your area, as part of the scheduled projects. The following updates outline the expected work and timeline:
        Project Timeline and Work Schedule:
        
            - Main Installation: November 6, 2024 - December 5, 2024
 
            - Service Renewals: January 2, 2025 - March 7, 2025
 
            - Main Retirement: March 10, 2025 - March 17, 2025
 
            - Post-Completion: Once all work is completed, there will be a 90-day settlement period before the project is paved (scheduled for June–July 2025).
 
            - Weather Impact: Inclement weather may alter the schedule.
