PERTH AMBOY HOME IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM
DOES YOUR HOME NEED REPAIRS? Mayor Helmin J. Caba and the City Council invite you to apply to Perth Amboy’s new HOME IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM.
Up to $25,000 is available for repairs. Eligible uses of the funds include replacement or repair to:
- Roofs
- Foundations
- Plumbing
- Weatherization (windows, insulation, etc.)
- Heating System
- Electrical System and more!
If you (1) live in Perth Amboy, (2) own your home and (3) your total gross annual household income falls below the income limit for your household size, you may be eligible to participate in the HOme Improvement Program.
